Responsibilities:
* Sourcing new suppliers or subcontractors in Ukraine.
* Responsible for organizing and participating in the selection and management of suppliers in Ukraine, building long-term and stable partnership with suppliers according to headquarters’ procurement strategies, in order to keep consistent supply , to reduce the synthetical cost of procurement, and to obtain competitive advantage in procurement area.
* Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the categorization management of that, to build good relationship with suppliers.
* Analyze procurement demand and the market, to achieve objectives of procurement cost control and lower general cost of procurement according to headquarters’ strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* 1 years’ or above working experience.
* Knowledge of telecommunication engineering or construction engineering.
* Good at communication and negotiation.
